How to access help and support in CaseFox?

Login -> Dashboard -> Account Profile -> Help and Support

Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Click on the profile name from the sidebar situated at the end of the bar, towards the bottom left.
From the list of options select “Help and Support”.
After selecting, you will be promoted to a new page.
Go through articles or raise a ticket accordingly.
