How to add a new task (in Task Group)?
Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Task Group -> Add Task
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select settings from the sidebar and go to general.
Click on the subhead “Task Group”.
Towards the right-hand side of the task group, you will find a “Plus” icon.
To add a task, click on the icon and fill in the details.
Click on save.
