How to attach documents in a client message?
Login CaseFox -> Dashboard -> Clients -> Messages -> Add Documents
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Click on Clients from the sidebar.
Go to the sub-tab messages and choose the desired communication log.
Double click on it, a new window will open.
Under add message, add your note and click on save.
Login to CaseFox.
