How to check the date when the client portal URL link client URL link was last opened?
Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Client Portals
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select settings from the sidebar and go to general.
Click on client portals, from the list go to the client you want to check for .
Towards the right under “Last clicked”.
You will find details about when the link was last opened.
