How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser

Google Chrome For Windows

Step 1: Open Google Chrome on your device and navigate to the three vertical dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.






Step 2: Select "Settings" from the menu.





Step 3: Navigate to the "Privacy & Security" section, and tap on "Clear browsing data”.





Step 4: Choose the time range or select "All time" to clear all data.





Step 5: Check the boxes next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files".


Step 6: Tap "Clear data" to confirm.



Google Chrome For iOS

Step 1: Launch the Chrome browser on your device and tap on the menu toolbar present on the bottom-right corner.





Step 2: Select the "Browsing" option from the menu and move to "Privacy" and then "Clear Browsing Data".





Step 3: Choose the time range or you can simply select "All time” (if you want to erase complete data)


Step 4: Check the boxes next to "Cookies, Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files” and tap "Clear Browsing Data" to confirm.







Mozilla Firefox
================


Step 1: In your Firefox browser, tap on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner to open the menu.





Step 2: Navigate to the “Preference/settings” section.





Step 3: Under “Cookies and Site Data”, click “Clear Data”.





Step 5: Now choose the data you want to clear, like history, login and passwords, cookies, and tap on “Clear”.



Microsoft Edge
================

Step 1: Open Edge and navigate to the menu ( three dots) available on the top right-hand side.





Step 2: Click on “Settings” and now choose “Privacy, search, and services”.





Step 3: Now select “ what to clear” under the “Clear browsing data section”.





Step 4: Next, select the time range from the list “time range”.


Step 5: Click on Select “Cookies and other site data”.





Step 6: Select “Clear now”.
