How to create a case category?

Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> Manage -> Case Category -> Add Case Category


Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select settings from the sidebar and go to manage.
Under manage, you will find the case category.
After clicking on the case category, you will be promoted to a new window.
Towards the top right click on add category.
Fill in the details and click on save.
