How to create a new task group?
Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Task Group -> Add Task Group
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select settings from the sidebar and go to general.
Click on the subhead “Task Group”.
Towards the top right, click on add task group.
Fill in the details and click on save.
Login to CaseFox.
