How to download a list of clients with active cases only?
Login -> Dashboard -> Reports -> Clients -> Client with Active Cases
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select Reports from the sidebar.
Go to the sub tab “Clients” and click on “Client with Active Cases”.
An excel or PDF file will be downloaded into your downloads folder.
