How to download all messages?
Login CaseFox -> Dashboard -> Clients -> Messages -> Download all Messages
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Click on clients from the sidebar.
Under the sub-tab go to clients, towards the right you will find an option “ Download Messages”.
A new file will be downloaded onto your system.
