How to import contacts?
Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> Import/Export -> Clients/Contacts ->
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select settings from the sidebar and go to import/export.
Click on contacts/clients, you will be promoted to a new window.
You will be provided with various options, move forward with the ones needed, and import contacts accordingly.
