How to update tag details?
Login -> Dashboard -> Settings -> Manage -> Tags -> Update
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select settings from the sidebar and go to manage.
Under manage, you will find tags.
Go to tags, you will be prompted to a new window.
To update a tag click on the icon situated beside the particular tag name.
Make the required edits and click on save.
Login to CaseFox.
