How to check the progress of your performance v/s target?
Login -> Dashboard -> Reports -> Productivity Reports -> Performance v/s Target
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select Reports from the sidebar.
Go to the sub-tab “Productivity Reports” and click on “Performance v/s Target”.
After opening the window, you’ll have many options. Make a selection according to your need to generate a staff wise report.
