How to create an intake form and generate a URL?
You can easily create efficient client intake form by following few quick steps mentioned below with CaseFox:
Login -> Dashboard -> Leads -> Create Intake Form and Generate URL
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Leads from the side bar.
After selecting towards the top right, you will find a option stating “Create Intake Form and Generate URL”.
Click on it, fill in the details and click on save form.
Login -> Dashboard -> Leads -> Create Intake Form and Generate URL
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Leads from the side bar.
After selecting towards the top right, you will find a option stating “Create Intake Form and Generate URL”.
