How to delete the intake form?

You can easily delete an intake form by following few quick steps mentioned below with CaseFox:

Login -> Dashboard -> Leads -> Client Intake Form -> Delete

Login to CaseFox
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Leads from the side bar
Hover over the desired client intake form, towards the extreme right, spot the delete icon.
Click on the delete icon to delete the selected intake form.
Proceed and Confirm.
