How to mark a call returned? (in Case Module)

You can easily mark call status as returned in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below

Login -> Dashboard -> Cases -> Calls -> Mark as Returned

Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select the cases from the sidebar and go to subsection calls.
Select desired call you want to mark as returned.
Towards the right, you’ll find a checkbox, check as marked.
