How to add a new incoming message? (in Case Module)
You can easily add a new incoming message in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below
Login -> Dashboard -> Cases -> Calls -> New Incoming Message -> Fill Details -> Save
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select cases from the sidebar and go to sub-section calls.
Choose calls from it, towards the right click on “Add Incoming Message”.
Fill in the details and click on save.
Login -> Dashboard -> Cases -> Calls -> New Incoming Message -> Fill Details -> Save
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select cases from the sidebar and go to sub-section calls.
Choose calls from it, towards the right click on “Add Incoming Message”.
Fill in the details and click on save.
