How to archive call logs? (in Case Module)
You can easily archive call records in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below
Login -> Dashboard ->Cases -> Calls -> Archive
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select cases from the sidebar and go to subsection calls.
Go to desired communication log, scroll down towards right.
You’ll find the archive icon, click on the that to archive the call log.
Login -> Dashboard ->Cases -> Calls -> Archive
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select cases from the sidebar and go to subsection calls.
Go to desired communication log, scroll down towards right.
You’ll find the archive icon, click on the that to archive the call log.
