How to search for communication logs? (in Case Module)
You can easily search in CaseFox; by following the few steps mentioned below
Login -> Dashboard -> Cases -> Calls -> New Outgoing Message -> Fill Details -> Save
Login to CaseFox.
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the sidebar.
Select cases from the sidebar and go to subsection calls
Towards the top right you will find a search bar for searching them.
