How to archive call logs?
You can easily export call records in CaseFox; by following few steps mentioned below
Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Export
Login to CaseFox
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Communication from the side bar.
Go to desired communication log, scroll down towards right
You’ll find the archive icon, click on the that to archive call log.
