How to assign a case to a communication entry?
You can easily mark call status as returned in CaseFox; by following few steps mentioned below
Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Assign case
Login to CaseFox
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Communication from the side bar.
Click on the desired communication log you want to assign the case to.
Towards the left down you will find a drop down menu, select the case you would like to assign the communication log to.
Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Assign case
