How to check records for archived calls?
You can easily export call records in CaseFox; by following few steps mentioned below
Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Archived Calls Tab
Login to CaseFox
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Communication from the side bar.
Towards the right in the sub tab “archived message”
You’ll find all archive calls there.
