How to mark a call returned?
You can easily mark call status as returned in CaseFox; by following few steps mentioned below
Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Call Returned
Login to CaseFox
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Communication from the side bar.
Select desired call you want to mark as returned
Towards the right, you’ll find a checkbox, check as marked.
Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Call Returned
