How to delete call records?

You can easily export call records in CaseFox; by following few steps mentioned below

Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Archived Message Tab -> Delete


Login to CaseFox
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Select Communication from the side bar.
Towards the right in the sub tab “archived message”
You’ll find all archive calls there.
Under Archive message, to delete a particular call log scroll towards the right of it, you will find a delete icon.
Conform and press ok.
