How to search for communication logs?

You can easily search in CaseFox; by following few steps mentioned below

Login -> Dashboard -> Communication -> Search Bar


Login to CaseFox
Go to the dashboard, to the left corner you will find the side bar.
Choose Communications from it, towards the top left, you’ll find search bar
Add filters according to your search preferences.
